OUR PROGRAMS
At Ryde Hunters Hill & Canada Bay Life Education, we are on a mission; to empower our children to make safer and healthier choices. We are achieving this through preventative health education.
Together, we can equip the next generation with the fundamental knowledge, skills and strategies children need to thrive. We believe it takes a village to raise a child and our program is most effective when we engage the entire school community; students, teachers and parents.
Our programs are delivered by our specially trained educators and supported by tune-in lessons prior to the visit and a series of post-visit resources, our evidence-based program is not a rule book and does not dictate to children, this is essential to our success.
The programs are age-appropriate, and are aligned with the NSW PDHPE and science curriculum. Our program covers topics including; drugs and alcohol, personal safety, cyber safety, nutrition, physical activity, social and emotional wellbeing and the human body.
Our primary programs are delivered face-to-face in our Life Education mobile classroom. Preschool visits are facilitated in your learning environment.
